Roger Daltrey says The Who will make a new album this year!

Here's some exciting news for those of you interested in oldschool Mod and British rock.  Roger Daltrey says he will reunite with his The Who bandmate Pete Townsend saying: "Pete's got hundreds of songs, so the only question is weather we get get around to it, but he wants to make an album and I'm always ready and raring to go"

This will be The Who's 12th album since 2006's Endless Wire.  

He also mentioned to taking to the stage with former Dr Feelgood Guitarist Wilko Johnson, with whom he recently recorded an album.
